Does Sassy Southern Twist accept custom orders?
-Absolutely !Items in my shop are made to order ! If you would like a change in colors // fonts or wording send me a conversation before purchasing. Once the item has been purchased no changes can be made.
What is your current processing time ?
-Currently we are at 3-5 business days . This does not include weekends, holidays or custom orders. Processing time is the time it takes for your item to be made . It does not include shipping time.
What shipping method do you use?
-Most items ship USPS first class which averages 2-3 business days. I however do not guarantee any shipping times just an estimate. Sassy Southern Twist is also NOT responsible for delivery issues.
What happens if my package is lost or returned to sender?
Sassy Southern Twist is NOT responsible. The address given at checkout is directly imported to USPS for shipping . We are not responsible for incorrect addresses nor are we responsible for returned mail. If package is returned buyer must pay an additional shipping charge to re-ship your package. We can only see the same tracking information that is sent to buyer once the package is shipped. If a package is sent back to Sassy Southern Twist it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office.
